Application of ALU TP automation profiles

With the ALU TP automation profiles, any type of construction can be assembled cleanly and quickly without additional surface finishing. ALU TP machine-building profiles are used in a wide variety of applications, such as in the construction of machine frames, transport racks, workstations, tables, fixtures, partitions, shelves, conveyor systems, display cases, sales counters, trade fair stands, machine guards, display boards, and company signs.

The slots with widths of 5 mm, 6 mm, 8 mm, and 10 mm can also serve additional functions, such as guiding cables or hoses. Some of the slots are closed to meet the highest design requirements of our customers. In addition, the ALU TP assembly profiles feature continuous hollow chambers that are suitable for the use of standard commercial fastening elements as well as accessories. All hollow chambers can also be used as pneumatic lines. Constructions built with ALU TP structural profiles can be easily extended or modified at any time.

Recyclability of ALU TP automation profiles

All profiles are functionally reusable, and every profile is fully recyclable in an environmentally friendly way. We are happy to take back the ALU TP automation profiles at the end of their service life! Please inquire about our current buy-back price!

System independent

The range of ALU TP machine-building profiles is available to our customers independently of any system. Whether a workstation based on Series 1 or a substructure for a conveyor system based on Series 2 is to be built, our customers can always offer their users a suitable solution. Customers are also free to choose their accessories!

Extensive range

We offer more than 300 different strut profiles for mechanical engineering in three series, including many special profiles, design profiles with closed sides, cable channel profiles, and round profiles!

All ALU TP automation profiles are kept in stock and are available to our customers at short notice. Tip: Due to production processes, small quantities are regularly left over – feel free to ask about them if needed!
