Extruded aluminum base profiles

The extruded aluminum base profiles serve as the starting profile for the insulation boards. They are mounted underneath the insulation board. The extremely stable yet light extruded base profiles are especially suitable for large overhanging insulation boards. The extruded aluminum base profiles are supplied mill finished. Anodized profiles are available on request. Anodizing is available as an option. The profiles are supplied in a length of 2000 mm.

Extruded aluminum base profiles for corners

Our extruded aluminum base profiles for corners make it easy to connect outside corners for exterior insulation systems. Therefore there is no need for miter cutting. The extremely stable yet light base profiles for corners are especially suitable for large overhanging insulation boards. The extruded aluminum base profiles for corners are supplied mill finished. Anodized profiles are available on request. The profiles are supplied in a length of 1000 mm.

Mechanical fixing system

The mechanical fixing system consists of aluminum starter rails, aluminum fixing rails, and aluminum connecting rails. The fastening system is particularly used in applications where a bond due to the poor, loose underground of a wall is not suitable. With this system and plugs it is possible to mount insulation boards, in particular mineral wool insulation boards, on rough undergrounds.
