Application of the ALU TP automation profiles
Any construction can be built cleanly and quickly without the need for any further surface treatment using the ALU TP automation profiles. The ALU TP automation profiles can be used in many fields, such as setting up machine frames, transport frames, workstations, tables, appliances, partitions, shelves, conveying apparatus, display cases, sales counters, trade fair stands, machine protection devices, advertisement boards and company signs.
The 5 mm, 6 mm, 8 mm and 10 mm grooves can also be used for other functions, such as a cable or hose guide. The grooves are partly closed to meet our customers’ highest design requirements.
In addition, ALU TP automation profiles have continuous hollow cavities that are suitable for use with standard joining elements as well as accessories. All hollow cavities can be used as pneumatic lines. Constructions built with ALU TP automation profiles can be easily extended or converted at any time.
Recyclability of ALU TP automation profiles
All profiles are functionally reusable and are completely environmentally friendly and recyclable. We will be happy to take back any ALU TP automation systems that have reached the end of their lifespan! Please ask us about our current collection charges!
System-independent
The range of ALU TP machine construction profiles is available to our customers independent of the system. No matter whether a workstation is to be constructed on the basis of series 1 or a substructure for a conveyor belt on the basis of series 2, our customers can always offer their users a suitable solution. Also in the choice of accessories our customers can choose freely!
Extensive assortment
We carry more than 300 different strut profiles for mechanical engineering in our assortment, including many special profiles, design profiles with closed sides, conduit profiles and tube profiles!
Available at short notice
All ALU TP automation profiles are kept in stock and are available to our customers at short notice. Tip: Due to production reasons, there are always shortages - please ask for them!
